109 S. Broad Street - mid-19th century

Considered Columbia's oldest house, this 1-1/2-story heavy frame dwelling was moved in 1890 to its present site from the corner of Main and Broad Streets to make way for a hotel. The present exterior appearance with its ornate front porch dates to the 1880s or 1890s.
