Meekins House
406 Main Street - ca. 1885

The Meekins House is among the most stylish of Columbia's late- nineteenth-century dwellings, although it is possible that portions of the home date earlier. The dominant feature is the front porch, supported by chambered posts with fanciful lacy sawnwork brackets.
